The community effort at the garden is led by members of the Humanists and Freethinkers of Cape Fear in tending the garden at Castle and 4th Streets in Wilmington NC. In addition to organized work dates, everyone is welcome to pitch in and garden at their own pace, on their own schedule. Check in with the garden project manager to find out what needs to be accomplished.
The last row of tomatoes (and the volunteer watermelon growing amidst) and the cayenne and bell peppers have all been pulled up and added to the right side of the compost pile. These rows will be planted once they have been prepped.
